Setria® Glutathione is a manufactured and purified form of Glutathione, a natural compound made from the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. A daily serving is 3 capsules. You don't need to consume it with food but can help with absorption.

You can most likely stop using other antioxidant supplements in your stack, Glutathione by Setria is the best antioxidant ingredient on the market. You can completely remove your additional vitamin C supplements as well.
